- Sports Medicine. Dr. Pinto has been the staff chiropractor for the College of William and Mary sports medicine department since 1994. He and Dr. Booth treat elite athletes for injuries and rehabilitation as a part of the multidisciplinary sports medicine team assembled by the college.
- Spinal Rehabilitation. Dr. Pinto was certified in spinal rehabilitation in 1998 and is a member of the American Chiropractic Rehabilitation Board. He has been trained by some of the most acclaimed experts in rehabilitation, including the late Vladimir Janda. Dr. Pinto and Dr. Booth use techniques to not only alleviate pain but to make it a thing of the past!

- Spinal Decompression. The decompression traction system is a technically advanced non-invasive treatment for pain of the neck and lower back associated with disc problems. This gentle painless stretching reduces pressure and promotes healing naturally.
- Spinal Manipulation. Dr. Pinto and Dr. Booth are skilled in adjusting the spine and extremeties using a variety techniques such as Gonstead, Diversified, Drop, Flexion/Distraction (cox), and Activator.
- Muscle energy techniques. These techniques are used to both relax and/or fasciliate ("turn on") muscles allowing improvement and restoration of a joint's range of motion.
